
President and CEO 
Mike Pascoe is well known for his strong record of building shareholder value in the telecommunications industry and for his active role on the boards of leading up-and-coming technology companies, such as ANDA Networks. Most recently, Mr. Pascoe was CEO of Meriton Networks and led its private sale to Xtera Communications. Previously, Mr. Pascoe was CEO and President of PairGain Technologies, which ADC acquired in 2000 for $3 billion. Prior to PairGain, Mr. Pascoe was a key member of the executive management team at Newbridge Networks (acquired by Alcatel in 2000 for $7 billion) as the president of the U.S. division, as well as the EVP/GM of the North and South American business regions. Prior to his 14 years with Newbridge, Mr. Pascoe held various engineering and marketing positions with Nortel, Mitel and the telecom division of Rockwell International. Mr. Pascoe holds an electrical engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.

EVP Product Development 
Dan Rusheleau is a technology leader with more than 35 years of experience in the voice and data communications industry. In 1986, Mr. Rusheleau co-founded Newbridge Networks with Sir Terrence Matthews. He served as Newbridge’s Vice President of Research and Development and General Manager of the Access Product Business Unit until 1993, and continued to serve on the company’s Board of Directors until 1998. Prior to Newbridge, Mr. Rusheleau held Engineering positions with GTE Automatic Electric, Bell Northern Research, Norpak and Mitel. Mr. Rusheleau has founded or participated in the launch of a number of other technology firms, including West End Systems, Power Trunk, March Networks and RevD. Mr. Rusheleau holds an electrical engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.

Chief Financial Officer 
Chris Charlebois brings over 18 years of experience in various management positions in the high tech and accounting industries. Most recently, Mr. Charlebois held the position as CFO at Ramius Corporation. A web-based social networking and online community software company, Ramius Corporation is recognized as a leader in the software collaboration industry. Prior to Ramius, Mr. Charlebois was the Corporate Controller for QNX Software Systems, a world leader in Real-time Operating system software (RTOS), where he directed its world-wide accounting and finance operations. Mr. Charlebois began his finance career with Deloitte & Touche Chartered Accountants focused primarily in the high technology industry. While at Deloitte, Mr. Charlebois worked with both public and private clients, helping many toward successful IPOs. Mr. Charlebois holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University and has his CA, CPA, and CFE certifications.

Vice President of Marketing 
Ken Davison has more than 25 years of experience in the telecom industry. For the last 15 years, Mr. Davison has held numerous senior management roles in marketing, sales, product management and business development, with responsibility for corporate worldwide activities. Prior to joining Magor Communications, Mr. Davison held senior positions at Siemens AG (Unisphere Networks), Newbridge Networks (VP of Europe and Corporate VP of Marketing) and several telecom start-ups including Gridpoint Systems, Meriton Networks (acquired by Xtera Communications), DragonWave and Critical Telecom.

VP Sales and Business Development 
Prior to joining Magor Communications, Rick has held senior management roles with Nortel, Alcatel, West End, Newbridge and Mitel. With over 35 years experience building strong and viable customer and channel relationships, he has had the opportunity to be based not only in Canada, but also the U.S., and Asia. Previous senior roles have included responsibility for business development, marketing and product management.
